Information the product currently collects
Account details, patient profile details, caregiver profile details, booking information, payment records, marketplace orders, messages, reviews, verification metadata, uploaded files, and audit logs may be used to operate the platform.
Sensitive information
Patient medical notes, identity verification documents, liveness captures, payment proofs, and future care documents should be treated as sensitive and protected with restricted access.
Founder/legal review needed
Final privacy language must confirm data retention, storage regions, third-party processors, user rights, consent rules, and applicable Canadian privacy requirements.
