How can we help?
Search what we have written, or reach a person. Both work — one is faster.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 now
Emergency services can reach you faster than we can. Call them first — this page will still be here.
If nobody is in immediate danger but something has gone wrong on a visit, report it from the booking, the message thread or the professional's profile. A person reads every report.

Reach a person
For anything about an account, a booking, a payment or a verification decision. Tell us what happened rather than what you think we need — we can find the booking.
We are a small team in an Ontario pilot, so we answer in hours rather than minutes. If something is urgent and nobody is in danger, say so at the top of your message.
