The platform supports caregiver profile review, public profile photos, private government ID document upload, optional liveness capture, and admin review before a caregiver becomes searchable.
Care coordination safety
Bookings include status tracking, care notes, payment status, booking history, booking-based messages, message reporting, disputes, reviews, and admin oversight.
Sensitive files
Identity documents, liveness captures, payment proofs, and future care documents should be stored privately and accessed only through permission checks and signed URLs in the production architecture.
