How does booking care work?
Users browse caregivers, open a caregiver profile, create or sign into an account, complete a patient profile if needed, and submit a booking request. The caregiver can accept or decline the request.
How are caregivers verified?
The current product supports caregiver profiles, public photos, private ID document upload, optional liveness capture, and admin approval or rejection before search visibility.
How do payments work?
The product supports card checkout when Stripe is enabled and an offline payment proof workflow reviewed by admins. Final payment, refund, and cancellation policies need founder/legal review.
Can family members manage care?
The product supports family invitations, linked patients, and access levels such as view, manage, and emergency-only access.
